Our values drive quality outcomes, a positive experience for clients, supplier and subcontractor partners – and a safe operational environment. Setting standards in integrated management system practices; all Oliver Kelly staff, suppliers and subcontractors are assessed prior to engagement and at regular intervals to ensure the ‘Oliver Kelly standard’ is met and delivered across all project milestones, at all times. As a company, we are measured in terms of what we do, how we do it and what our values are.

People are the foundation of everything we do, and we are committed to the continual development of our relationships.

We know that if we nurture our relationships with both our clients, and our staff, the final product will be the best it can be. Through our unique customer focus, we achieve excellent project outcomes. We aim to keep our customers informed every step of the way, ensuring that at completion they receive a quality product we can all be proud of.

Our key values are:

  • Lead with passion, courage and competence
  • Care about the safety of our employees, our contractors and our community
  • Deliver with pride
  • Cultivate team spirit and collaboration
  • Treat each other with respect and dignity
  • Value and encourage continuous improvement
  • Actively support our local community
  • Respect our environment
  • Honour our commitments to clients and each other

The Project Team, specifically Rick Speers and Craig Gardiner, were amazing to work with. As with every project, there were challenges which needed to be overcome and they were always open to new ideas and had a positive attitude to achieving great outcomes for TasWater and the wider Community. Through the hard work, dedication, collaboration and communication between the CDO and the Oliver Kelly Group, The Latrobe Sewerage Upgrade Project was able to be completed ahead of schedule ensuring the community didn’t have to face another winter with the possibility of sewerage overflows.
